AYESO Introduction
Afghan Youths Educational and Society Organization (AYESO) is a women-focus nongovernmental, non-partisan, non-political, nonprofit, impartial, voluntary organization operating in Afghanistan and its environs. The Youths Afghan Youths Educational and Society Organization (AYESO) is the continuation of YOUTHS REFORM & DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY (YRDS) was established in 2011 and served the Afghan community and population as a Civil Society Organization (CSO). After years of operation, the organization further attempted to change and upgrade its identity as a national organization with an official registration gotten from Ministry of Economy in September 2022 with license #: 5619. Since then, AYESO emerged and participated in the NGO Community as an NGO whose aim is to promote peace and stability in the country through promoting good governance, community empowerment, poverty alleviation, access of people to their basic rights (health, education, justice, protection, nutrition, emergency, social and economic activities). Our focus is on women vulnerability & treatment, women engagement and women empowerment in all sectors and areas of their life because they are riskier and more disadvantaged and living with more challenges in the Afghan emergency, social, cultural, economic and political sphere. AYESO is formed to improve the risk awareness, peace building and conflict resolution capacity and to prevent any violence against human rights, women, men, girls and boys and other challenges of socio-economic conditions of the disadvantaged communities’ members with particular emphasis on youth and villages residents to alleviate the suffering which was on its peak at that time as a result of frequent insecurity shocks and natural disasters and lack of awareness. The NGO also sought to accelerate development of the rural / urban poor areas, reduce poverty, morbidity and mortality rates of women and children

Stratigic Goals
AYESO’s strategically aims to raise the voice of Afghans, based on community conversations, to ensure that policy makers and leaders hear Afghans concerns, hopes and to protect their basic rights.

Our Mission
To work collaboratively with national and international governmental and non-governmental entities for promoting Women Rights, Public Health services, Education, Wash, Protection, Agriculture, and Advocating for elimination of violence against women, youth and marginalized groups and enhancing their role in decision making processes of the society.

Our Vision
The AYESO vision is to strive to see a healthy, aware, prosperous and literate society in Afghanistan through providing high quality services in line with the principles and rule of law, social justice, public relief and non-discrimination.
