Our Mission
To work collaboratively with national and international governmental and non-governmental entities for promoting Women Rights, Public Health services, Education, Wash, Protection, Agriculture, and Advocating for elimination of violence against women, youth and marginalized groups and enhancing their role in decision making processes of the society.

AYESO Experience
AYESO has successfully implemented a variety of projects in Afghanistan received from different donors, mainly in the key portfolio sectors of civic engagement, capacity building, Environment protection, Health and Education. AYESO has better understanding of the Afghan communities, CSOs and GIRoA departments as all our projects are developed in a participatory way, involving the communities and other key stakeholders from the beginning in design, implementation and monitoring of the activities. AYESO Project and Program implementation Strategy
All programs and Projects are implemented as plan as Donor and AYESO project management policy and implementation strategy, All programs and projects is actually based on the participatory methods and coordination approach to organize and motivate the Community, local shuras, government officials, NGOs , CBOs and youth and academia for actively participating and supporting the project Activities. This all is carried out through an active mobilization procedure and coordination with stakeholders. All the activities are coordinated at regional and provincial level coordination groups through presentations and discussions. In methods, entire interactions and advocacy steps are taken through workshops, consultative meetings, training dialogues and academia advocacy meeting sessions. The proposed projects are directly operated from the office of AYESO, Project management and coordination team visiting and collecting information from project target locations through field staff and enlist beneficiaries….

In the Sector of Protection
Protection of Women/ Girl rights. Advocacy and raise awareness on children, women, and disables rights. Understand the context and take steps to prevent, mitigate, or end potential and actual risks. Be sensitive to people’s age and gender. Consider diversity within the affected population. Respect the ability of people to make decisions about their own situation and recover.
In the sector of Education/Literacy
Expanding access to primary education. Parental involvement in school management. Capacity Building Trainings for teachers of formal and non –formal education system. Skills training programs. Literacy and numeracy trainings. Awareness and training about civic education, gender, women rights, legal, human rights and children protection.
In the sector of Wash
Provide access to clean water and reliable sanitation, and to promote basic hygiene practices in rural and urban areas, including in emergency situations. Access to clean water, basic toilets, and good hygiene practices. Putting the spotlight on the importance of hand hygiene to prevent the spread of disease. Improve access to basic water, sanitation and hand washing facilities.

Improved skills through marketing, business and vocational training. New business skills introduce for securing supplies, planning production and selling of the production.
In the sector of Food Security and Agriculture
Key areas of focus in the sector of FSAC are: Enhancing food security and rational agricultural and livestock within the Community through harmonization of agricultural policies as well as joint programs for efficient and effective production. Support productive food systems through sound and sustainable soil, land, water, nutrient and pest management. Improving Food Security and Accelerating irrigation development.
