AYESO’s strategically aims to raise the voice of Afghans, based on community conversations, to ensure that policy makers and leaders hear Afghans concerns, hopes and to protect their basic rights.
To work collaboratively with national and international governmental and non-governmental entities for promoting Women Rights, Public Health services, Education, Wash, Protection, Agriculture, and Advocating for elimination of violence against women, youth and marginalized groups and enhancing their role in decision making processes of the society.

AYESO has successfully implemented a variety of projects in Afghanistan received from different donors, mainly in the key portfolio sectors of civic engagement, capacity building, Environment protection, Health and Education. All programs and Projects are implemented as plan as Donor and AYESO project management policy and implementation strategy, All programs and projects is actually based on the participatory methods and coordination approach to organize and motivate the Community, local shuras, government officials, NGOs , CBOs and youth and academia for actively participating and supporting the project Activities. This all is carried out through an active mobilization procedure and coordination with stakeholders. All the activities are coordinated at regional and provincial level coordination groups through presentations and discussions. In methods, entire interactions and advocacy steps are taken through workshops, consultative meetings, training dialogues and academia advocacy meeting sessions. Key areas of focus in the sector of Economic and livelihood Empowerment are: Business Awareness Training. Economical sustainability and Income generation for Community. Improved skills through marketing, business and vocational training. New business skills introduce for securing supplies, planning production and selling of the production.
Key areas of focus in the sector of FSAC are: Enhancing food security and rational agricultural and livestock within the Community through harmonization of agricultural policies as well as joint programs for efficient and effective production. Support productive food systems through sound and sustainable soil, land, water, nutrient and pest management. Improving Food Security and Accelerating irrigation development.
